DoubleLoader – the tough dual-level trailer
With the DoubleLoader the motto is load optimisation. The DoubleLoader will really get things moving, particularly when it comes to mixed batches involving different load carrier heights or types: Westfalia's integrated lifting platform is not just available over the entire load length, but optionally split into two or three. This also provides for convenient side loading with tarpaulin-covered trucks.
The DoubleLoader transports all load carriers safely and efficiently: Euro pallets, industrial pallets, Düsseldorf pallets, roller containers, barrels and tubs can all be stowed away quickly as well as goods which cannot be stacked.
Thanks to the various fit-out options available, the DoubleLoader is ideal when it is a question of using trucks in a fleet for identical or similar cargo: set-up times are no longer required and loading and turnover processes are minimised.
Two levels – many options
- The lifting platform doubles the pallet volume of the DoubleLoader – a capacity increase of 100%!
- The DoubleLoader is predestined for high-load materials handling thanks to its individual design.
- The lifting platform can be locked in many positions in the DoubleLoader with little effort. This allows the driver to adapt the storage space to the load.
- Loaders can also cater for especially critical load or freight specifications made by clients with the DoubleLoader.
