That's why we are not particularly interested in installing integrated Westfalia technology packages, with proven usage around normal daily commercial or industrial usage and a high degree of innovation "off-the-shelf" so to speak. The more individual the concept, the easier it is to present customer-specific benefits and positioning on the market in a well-balanced and purposeful manner.
As a consequence, we always enter into intensive discussions based on partnership with our customers' decision-makers, planners and staff responsible for practical implementation. This is the only way to recognise shortcomings before specific planning has even started, to reveal latent potential synergies and to exploit the competitive advantages obtained from these findings.
This multi-layered customer proximity forms the solidarity which is a mainstay of our fundamental corporate convictions. Solidarity means not only no-compromise technical reliability for our products, but also personal reliability in a business relationship.
The other principles we apply in our work are also shaped by this double dimensionality. We therefore set great store by reliability not just in relation to quality and function, but also in terms of time and service orientation. We demonstrate the same level of commitment to maintenance and the supply of spare parts for a system after many years as we did on its very first day of operation.
