Using our strengths to strengthen the customer

Implementation is at the heart of every modernisation project. Whether this involves the extension, optimisation or reconstruction of an existing plant – execution stands and falls with the reliability of the new storage racks, mechanical systems, materials handling equipment, machines, electrics, electronics and programs.

 

Here the mechanical part of modernisation provides the new basic potential of the plant. System control, electronic interfacing and the link to DTP and merchandise management turns this potential into realisable productivity.


The individual wishes and requirements of our customers are our benchmarks when designing and implementing service measures. All service activities are accompanied by a multi-discipline range of technical and personal services in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics, control engineering and software.

 

Every service customer has only one contact, who deals with the entire range of service work, according to the motto of "One face to the customer". This is support, which relieves the burden on the customer and places customer requirements in the foreground. This is ensured by:

 

  • central in-house support teams at our Borgholzhausen headquarters, in addition to decentralised service support points
  • access to first-class and reliable service know-how from our own specialists and design technicians in all disciplines
