Westfalia storage/retrieval vehicles – convincing performers
Storage systems owe their automation technology to the development of storage and retrieval vehicles (SRV), consisting of running / hoisting gear plus load-carrying device.
Westfalia Storage Systems used existing experience as a basis to create a high quality and future-orientated system concept through integration of its patented Satellite technology featuring the push-under principle – primarily conceived for rapid storage and retrieval of palleted goods in multi-depth storage channels.
The high performance of this cleverly combined technology offers most storage projects greater scope in terms of concept and flexible investment. Even larger systems with a high turnover seldom require the use of more than one Westfalia SRV with Satellite®, which means that they can be designed economically and in line with customer requirements.
Westfalia SRVs offer extremely high speeds and performance levels thanks to their special design.
Their flexible design allows them to be adapted individually to any space requirements.
